Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the effect of self-proposed aphrodisiac decoction combined with tadalafil in men with erectile dysfunction. Methods A total of 100 male patients with erectile dysfunction admitted to the Xingning Maternal and Child Health Family Planning Service Center from January 2018 to December 2018 were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with self-proposed aphrodisiac decoction, and the observation group was treated with self-proposed aphrodisiac decoction combined with tadalafil. The treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared, as well as the International Erectile Function Score (IIEF-5) before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.0%, which was significantly higher than 80.0% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); before treatment, there was no significant difference in IIEF-5 score between the two groups of patients (P > 0.05). After treatment, the IIEF-5 score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of male erectile dysfunction, the self-proposed aphrodisiac decoction combined with tadalafil has a better therapeutic effect, and the IIEF-5 score is improved, which is beneficial to the improvement of the patient's quality of sexual life.
