自拟壮阳起萎汤联合他达拉非治疗 男性勃起功能障碍的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Self-proposed Aphrodisiac Decoction Combined with Tadalafil in the Treatment of Male Erectile Dysfunction

〔摘 要〕 目的：探究男性勃起功能障碍使用自拟壮阳起萎汤联合他达拉非治疗的效果。方法：选取 2018 年 1 月至 2018 年 12 月兴宁市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的男性勃起功能障碍患者 100 例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各 50 例。对照组 使用自拟壮阳起萎汤治疗，观察组应用自拟壮阳起萎汤联合他达拉非治疗，分析比较两组患者的治疗效果以及治疗前后国 际勃起功能评分表（IIEF–5）评分情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为 96.0 %，明显高于对照组的 80.0 %，差异具有统计 学意义（P ＜ 0.05）；治疗前两组患者 IIEF–5 评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05），治疗后观察组患者的 IIEF–5 评 分明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论：在治疗男性勃起功能障碍中，使用自拟壮阳起萎汤联合他 达拉非治疗效果较好，可提高 IIEF–5 评分，有利于患者性生活质量的提高。

Abstract:

〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the effect of self-proposed aphrodisiac decoction combined with tadalafil in men with erectile dysfunction. Methods A total of 100 male patients with erectile dysfunction admitted to the Xingning Maternal and Child Health Family Planning Service Center from January 2018 to December 2018 were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with self-proposed aphrodisiac decoction, and the observation group was treated with self-proposed aphrodisiac decoction combined with tadalafil. The treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared, as well as the International Erectile Function Score (IIEF-5) before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.0%, which was significantly higher than 80.0% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); before treatment, there was no significant difference in IIEF-5 score between the two groups of patients (P > 0.05). After treatment, the IIEF-5 score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of male erectile dysfunction, the self-proposed aphrodisiac decoction combined with tadalafil has a better therapeutic effect, and the IIEF-5 score is improved, which is beneficial to the improvement of the patient's quality of sexual life.
