Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore and analyze the application of color Doppler echocardiography in neonatal congenital heart disease screening. Methods 80 newborns with congenital heart disease treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan College of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects. Their clinical data were further retrospectively analyzed. All children underwent color Doppler echocardiography to analyze the clinical diagnostic value of color Doppler echocardiography. Results pathological diagnosis showed 11 cases of atrial septal defect, 38 cases of ventricular septal defect, 15 cases of patent ductus arteriosus, 8 cases of complex congenital heart disease and 8 cases of tetralogy of Fallot; 72 cases were screened by color Doppler echocardiography. The screening rate was 90.0% and the missed diagnosis rate was 10.0%. Compared with pathological diagnosis, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion the use of color Doppler echocardiography in neonatal congenital heart disease screening can improve the screening rate and accuracy, which is of great significance for early disease prevention and treatment.
