亮菌口服溶液联合雷贝拉唑治疗 慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Leucine Oral Solution Combined with Rabeprazole in Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

〔摘 要〕 目的：探讨亮菌口服溶液联合雷贝拉唑治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法：选取北京市鼓楼中医医院于 2018 年 3月至2019年3月收治的98例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者，采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组，各49例。对照组行雷贝拉唑治疗， 观察组在雷贝拉唑的基础上联合亮菌口服溶液进行治疗。分析比较两组的治疗效率、血清指标变化、病理组织活检比较、 幽门螺杆菌（Hp）的清除率和用药安全性。结果：观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义 （P ＜ 0.05）。治疗后两组患者胃泌素水平较治疗前均有明显的提高，内皮素水平较治疗前均有显著下降，差异具有统计 学意义（P ＜ 0.05）；治疗后观察组患者胃泌素水平高于对照组，内皮素水平低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。 治疗后，两组患者胃肠黏膜萎缩、肠上皮化生以及不典型增生阳性率均有明显下降，且观察组低于对照组，差异具有统计 学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。观察组患者的 Hp 清除率明显高于对照组，病理组织活检阳性情况、不良反应发生率均低于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论：在慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的治疗中，采用亮菌口服溶液联合雷贝拉唑，能够有效 改善患者血清中胃泌素和内皮素的水平，延缓胃黏膜发生病变，较为安全有效。

Abstract:

〔Abstract〕 Objective To probe into and analyze the clinical effect of leucine oral solution combined with rabeprazole in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 98 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and who treated in Beijing Gulou traditional Chinese medicine hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with rabeprazole, and the observation group was treated with rabeprazole combined with leucine oral solution.Then,the treatment efficiency, changes of serum indexes, comparison of pathological tissue biopsy, clearance rate of Helicobacter pylori (HP) and drug safety were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).After treatment, the gastrin level of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment, and the endothelin level was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);After treatment, the gastrin level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the endothelin level was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).After treatment, the positive rates of gastrointestinal mucosal atrophy, intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia of two groups decreased significantly, and the decline rate in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The HP clearance rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the positive situation of pathological tissue biopsy and the incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effects of leucine oral solution combined with rabeprazole in treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis are significant,which can effectively improve the levels of gastrin and endothelin in patients' serum and delay the pathological changes of gastric mucosa,thus it is safe and effective.
