Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive limited cleaning treatment under arthroscopy in knee osteoarthritis patients. Methods From May 2017 to May 2019 Huazhou people's hospital admitted 25 cases with knee osteoarthritis, using randomized single-blind method into control group (13 cases, extensive cleaning treatment) and observation group (12 cases, limited cleaning treatment), comparative analysis of arthroscopic clinical efficacy of minimally invasive limited cleaning treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 91.67%, higher than 53.85% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the VAS score, knee Lysholm score and postoperative recovery time were better than the observation group, which were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Arthroscopic minimally invasive limited cleaning treatment is effective, which can not only effectively improve the pain degree and knee condition of knee osteoarthritis patients, but also shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients.
