关节镜下微创有限清理治疗膝关节 骨性关节炎的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Minimally Invasive Limited Cleaning Under Arthroscopy in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

〔摘 要〕 目的：对膝关节骨性关节炎患者临床中在关节镜下实施微创有限清理治疗的效果进行分析。方法：选取 2017 年 5 月至 2019 年 5 月期间化州市人民医院收治的 25 例膝关节骨性关节炎患者，使用随机单盲法分成对照组（13 例，广泛清 理术治疗）和观察组（12 例，有限清理术治疗），比较分析关节镜下实施微创有限清理治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床 疗效。结果：治疗后观察组的总有效率为 91.67 %，高于对照组的 53.85 %，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）；观察组患 者治疗后视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、膝关节Lysholm评分及术后恢复时间均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论：关节镜下实施微创有限清理治疗效果显著，不仅可以有效改善膝关节骨性关节炎患者的疼痛程度和膝关节状况，还 可以整体缩短患者的术后恢复时间。

Abstract:

〔Abstract〕 Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive limited cleaning treatment under arthroscopy in knee osteoarthritis patients. Methods From May 2017 to May 2019 Huazhou people's hospital admitted 25 cases with knee osteoarthritis, using randomized single-blind method into control group (13 cases, extensive cleaning treatment) and observation group (12 cases, limited cleaning treatment), comparative analysis of arthroscopic clinical efficacy of minimally invasive limited cleaning treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 91.67%, higher than 53.85% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the VAS score, knee Lysholm score and postoperative recovery time were better than the observation group, which were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Arthroscopic minimally invasive limited cleaning treatment is effective, which can not only effectively improve the pain degree and knee condition of knee osteoarthritis patients, but also shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients.
