中西医结合治疗小儿哮喘发作期风痰哮证的临床研究

Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy on Wind Phlegm Asthma in Children with Asthma Attack

〔摘 要〕 目的：探究中西医联合治疗小儿哮喘发作期（风痰哮证）的临床疗效。方法：选择厦门市中医院 2019 年 1 月 至 2020 年 1 月期间收治的 76 例小儿哮喘发作期（风痰哮证）患儿，随机分为对照组和观察组，各 38 例。对照组予以常规 西药治疗，观察组予以清肺化痰方联合常规西药治疗，比较两组患儿的治疗总有效率、临床症状消失时间及治疗前后肺功 能变化。结果：观察组患儿治疗总有效率为 97.37 %，高于对照组的 84.21 %，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。观察组 患儿的咳嗽、喘息、呼吸困难、哮鸣音消退时间均短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。治疗后观察组患儿的 第 1 秒用力呼气容积（FEV1）、用力肺活量（FVC）高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论：清肺化痰方 联合西药治疗小儿哮喘发作期效果显著，能够缩短疗程，有效改善患儿肺功能。

Abstract:

〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine therapy on children's asthma attack (wind phlegm asthma syndrome). Methods 76 children with asthma attack (wind phlegm asthma syndrome) treated in Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 38 cases each. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Qingfei Huatan Decoction combined with conventional western medicine. The total effective rate, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and the changes of pulmonary function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.37%, which was higher than 84.21% of the control group (P < 0.05). The disappearance time of cough, wheezing, dyspnea and wheezing subsided in the observation group were shorter than the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the forced expiratory volume in first second (FEV1) and forced vital capacity (FVC) of the observation group were better than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Qingfei Huatan Decoction combined with western medicine has a significant effect in the treatment of children with asthma attack, which can shorten the course of treatment and effectively improve children's lung function.
