小儿咳喘灵联合布地奈德对喘息性支气管炎的疗效

The Effect of Xiaoer Kechuanling Combined with Budesonide on Asthmatic Bronchitis

〔摘 要〕 目的：观察小儿咳喘灵口服液联合布地奈德混悬液治疗喘息性支气管炎的疗效。方法：选取东莞市桥头医院 2019 年 3 月至 2021 年 2 月收治的 60 例喘息性支气管炎患儿为本研究对象，随机分为对照组（30 例：应用布地奈德混悬液 治疗）与观察组（30 例：应用小儿咳喘灵口服液联合布地奈德混悬液治疗），比较两组患儿治疗效果。结果：观察组患儿 临床治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。观察组患儿家长对临床治疗效果满意度高于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论：喘息性支气管炎患儿基础治疗的同时应用小儿咳喘灵口服液联合布地奈德混悬 液治疗效果显著优于布地奈德混悬液治疗效果。

Abstract:

〔Abstract〕 Objective To observe the efficacy of the Xiaoer kechuanling combined with budesonide for the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis. Methods Choosing 60 cases of patients with asthmatic bonctitis admitted to Dongguan Qiaoton Hospital from March 2019 to February 2019 for the study, randomly divided into control group (30 cases: Application of Bikid Suspension treatment) Observation group (30 cases: application of children with a bicycles in the oral solution of Kidnes, bisquis mix suspension), compared the treatment effect of two groups of children. Results The total efficiency of clinical treatment (96.67%) of children (96.67%) was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Parents of children in the observation group were higher than the clinical treatment (93.33%) higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion At the same time, the infrastructure of patients with gasproof bronchitis is used to apply the children of Chiangqianshu Linglin, the treatment effect is superior to the treatment effect of the Baconide suspension.
