Abstract:〔Abstract〕Objective To explore the clinical effect of dopamine combined with sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of left heart failure after myocardial infarction. Methods From June 2017 to May 2020, 90 patients with left heart failure after myocardial infarction diagnosed and treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology were randomly selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, the control group and the observation, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, and the observation group added dopamine combined with sodium nitroprusside treatment on the basis of conventional treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%, which was significantly higher than 77.78% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups of patients (P > 0.05); after treatment, the related indicators of the two groups of patients were significantly improved, and the observation group improved more significantly than the control group. The differences were all statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The therapy of dopamine combined with sodium nitroprusside is effective for patients with left heart failure after myocardial infarction.
