医院病案管理质量与统计信息准确性的 关系及其改进措施探讨

〔摘 要〕 目的：分析医院病案管理质量与统计信息准确性的关系与干预措施。方法：选取清远市妇幼保健院 2020 年 1 月 至 2021 年 9 月期间的 960 例就诊患者为研究对象，以 2020 年 12 月为时间节点，将 2020 年 12 月前的 480 例患者纳入对照组， 将 2020 年 12 月后的 480 例患者纳入观察组。比较分析实施干预措施前后，医院病理管理质量改善情况以及统计信息准确 性改善情况。结果：观察组患者病案基本信息、出院情况、诊断信息、出院日期、付款方式、确诊日期、院内感染、切口 类别与愈合等项目统计差错率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）；观察组患者病案管理不良管理发生率低于 对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）；观察组患者的病案在管理效率、管理技能及患者满意度等管理质量的评分高 于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论：统计信息准确性直接影响到医院病案管理质量，加强相关的干预措施， 可提升病案管理质量。

Abstract:

〔Abstract〕 Objective To analyze the relationship between the quality of hospital disease case management and the accuracy of statistical information and the intervention measures. Methods 960 patients admitted to Qingyuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to September 2021 were selected, 480 patients before December 2020 were included in the control group, and 480 patients after December 2020 were included in the observation group.Comparative analysis of the quality of hospital pathological management and the accuracy of statistical information before and after the implementation of intervention measures was performed. Results The statistical error rate of basic information, discharge, diagnosis information, discharge date, payment method, date of diagnosis, nosocomial infection, incision category and healing of the observation group was lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of poor management in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores management quality in term of management efficiency, management skills and patient satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The accuracy of statistical information directly affects the quality of hospital case management, and strengthening relevant intervention measures can improve the quality of case management.
