Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To analyze the relationship between the quality of hospital disease case management and the accuracy of statistical information and the intervention measures. Methods 960 patients admitted to Qingyuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to September 2021 were selected, 480 patients before December 2020 were included in the control group, and 480 patients after December 2020 were included in the observation group.Comparative analysis of the quality of hospital pathological management and the accuracy of statistical information before and after the implementation of intervention measures was performed. Results The statistical error rate of basic information, discharge, diagnosis information, discharge date, payment method, date of diagnosis, nosocomial infection, incision category and healing of the observation group was lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of poor management in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The scores management quality in term of management efficiency, management skills and patient satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The accuracy of statistical information directly affects the quality of hospital case management, and strengthening relevant intervention measures can improve the quality of case management.
