碘甘油与曲安奈德口腔软膏治疗口腔溃疡的效果分析

〔摘 要〕 目的：研究碘甘油联合曲安奈德口腔软膏治疗口腔溃疡的效果。 方法：选取 2019 年 1 月至 2021 年 4 月厦门 医学院附属口腔医院收治的 98 例口腔溃疡患者，以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各 49 例。对照组给予曲安奈德口 腔软膏进行治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合碘甘油进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗后恢复情况及炎症因子水平。 结果： 观察组患者各项指标恢复情况均显著优于对照组且治疗后观察组溃疡面积、视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分及生活质量评分量 表（SF–36）评分显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。治疗后观察组患者血清肿瘤坏死因子 –α（TNF–α） 和白细胞介素 –6（IL–6）水平低于对照组，干扰素 –γ（IFN–γ）水平高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。 结论：碘甘油联合曲安奈德口腔软膏可有效改善口腔溃疡临床症状，对抑制机体炎症反应，促进溃疡快速愈合及改善患者生活质 量具有积极意义。

Abstract:

〔Abstract〕 Objective To study the effect of iodine glycerin combined with triamcinolone acetonide oral ointment in the treatment of oral ulcer. Methods 98 patients with oral ulcer treated in the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Xiamen Medical College from January 2019 to April 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide oral ointment, and the observation group was treated with iodine glycerin on the basis of the control group. The recovery and inflammatory factor levels after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the ulcer area, VAS score and SF-36 score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05); in addition, serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels were lower than those in the control group, IFN-γ level was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Iodine glycerin combined with triamcinolone acetonide oral ointment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of oral ulcer, inhibit the inflammatory reaction, promote the rapid healing of ulcer and improve the quality of life of patients.
