〔摘 要〕 糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）是糖尿病患者致残的主要原因之一，中医药治疗效果显著，但缺乏深入、 系统的理论认识。而导师孙新宇经过多年临床实践，基于络病学说治疗 DPN 有着自己丰富的经验。孙新宇老师认为， 消渴日久，气阴两虚，痰湿瘀浊停滞肢络，络脉损伤，日久阴损及阳、阴阳两虚，加之痰湿瘀浊，日久酝酿成毒，肢 络损伤更甚。故早期重视健脾气、祛湿浊、化瘀血、通络脉。而晚期采用调阴阳、化痰浊、解瘀毒、通络脉。临床治 疗中要遵循早期诊断，早期治疗；中西医结合治疗，糖络并治，内外合治的原则，辨证论治选方用药，减轻患者痛苦， 提高患者生存质量，降低糖尿病患者的致残率。

〔Abstract〕 Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) is one of the main causes of disability in diabetic patients. Traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect, but lacks in-depth and systematic theoretical understanding. After years of clinical practice, the tutor SUN Xin-yu has his own rich experience in the treatment of DPN based on collateral theory. Tutor SUN Xin-yu believes that quench thirst for a long time, qi-yin deficiency, Phlegm, dampness, stasis and turbidity stagnate collaterals and collaterals injury, Yin and Yang are damaged over time, Yin and Yang deficiency, coupled with phlegm dampness and stasis, for a long time to brew into poison, limb collateral damage is even worse. Therefore, early attention to strengthening spleen qi, removing damp and turbidity, removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals. In the late stage, it is used to regulate Yin and Yang, resolve phlegm and turbidity, remove blood stasis and toxin, and dredge collaterals.
