Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To evaluate the effect of minimally invasive hanging in the treatment of rectal perianal abscess. Methods 50 patients with rectal perianal abscess received from Anyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects, which were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment methods, with 25 cases each group. The control group received one-stage radical operation treatment, and the observation group underwent minimally invasive suture hanging treatment. The surgical index, clinical efficacy, pain measurement numeric rating scale (NRS) score and activities of daily living scale (ADL) score of the two groups were compared later. Results The operation duration, hospitalization days, surgical blood loss, wound healing time and other indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). In terms of clinical efficacy, the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). After surgery, NRS score decreased and ADL score increased in both groups, and NRS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, while ADL score was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significances (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with one-stage radical operation treatment, minimally invasive suture hanging can shorten the treatment time and patient recovery time, and can more effectively improve the daily living ability of patients, and reduce postoperative pain.
