Abstract: 〔Abstract〕 Objective To investigate the effect of regular oral fine nursing in orthodontic patients with fixed orthodontics. Methods A total of 80 orthodontic patients with fixed orthodontics admitted to Henan Second Provincial People's Hospital from August 2018 to August 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the file lottery method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine intervention, and the observation group was given regular oral fine nursing intervention. The treatment effect and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significances (P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of regular oral fine care nursing in the care of orthodontic patients with fixed corrector is significantly improved, and the incidence of complications is reduced.
