麦角新碱联合缩宫素对宫缩乏力型产后出血的效果

Effect of Ergostine Combined with Oxytocin on Postpartum Hemorrhage Caused by Uterine Fatigue

〔摘 要〕 目的：研究麦角新碱联合缩宫素对宫缩乏力型产后出血的效果。 方法：以 2021 年 1 至 2021 年 12 月厦 门市第五医院收治的 100 例宫缩乏力型产后出血患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各 50 例。对照组患者 采用缩宫素治疗，观察组患者采用麦角新碱联合缩宫素治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。 结果：产后 24 h，观察组患 者的临床疗效（96.00 %）高于对照组（82.00 %），观察组患者子宫收缩优良率为（98.00 %）高于对照组（86.00 %）， 观察组患者血清 D– 二聚体（D–D）、纤维蛋白原（FIB）水平低于对照组，凝血酶原时间（PT）、血浆凝血酶时间 （TT）高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）；观察组患者产后 2 h、24 h 的出血量、总输血量少于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。 结论：麦角新碱联合缩宫素治疗宫缩乏力型产后出血患者，可降低出血量，改善 子宫收缩情况，调节凝血功能状态。

Abstract:

〔Abstract〕 Objective To study the effect of ergostine combined with oxytocin on postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine fatigue. Methods A total of 100 patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine fatigue admitted to Xiamen Fifth Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group was treated with oxytocin, and the observation group was treated with ergostine combined with oxytocin. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results After delivery 24 h, the clinical efficacy of the observation group was 96.00 %, higher than 82.00 % of the control group, the excellent and good rate of uterine contraction of the observation group was 98.00 %, higher than 86.00 % of the control group, and the levels of D-dimer (D-D) and fibrinogen (FIB) of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. The prothrombin time (PT) and plasma thrombin time (TT) were longer than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The amount of blood loss and total blood transfusion at 2 h and 24 h after delivery in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Ergostine combined with oxytocin has a significant effect on postpartum hemorrhage of uterine fatigue, which can reduce the amount of bleeding, improve uterine contraction and regulate coagulation function.
