Abstract: 〔Abstract〕 Objective To study the effect of ergostine combined with oxytocin on postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine fatigue. Methods A total of 100 patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine fatigue admitted to Xiamen Fifth Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group was treated with oxytocin, and the observation group was treated with ergostine combined with oxytocin. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results After delivery 24 h, the clinical efficacy of the observation group was 96.00 %, higher than 82.00 % of the control group, the excellent and good rate of uterine contraction of the observation group was 98.00 %, higher than 86.00 % of the control group, and the levels of D-dimer (D-D) and fibrinogen (FIB) of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. The prothrombin time (PT) and plasma thrombin time (TT) were longer than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The amount of blood loss and total blood transfusion at 2 h and 24 h after delivery in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Ergostine combined with oxytocin has a significant effect on postpartum hemorrhage of uterine fatigue, which can reduce the amount of bleeding, improve uterine contraction and regulate coagulation function.
