Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To analyze the risk factors of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage and explore the corresponding preventive measures. Methods A total of 297 newborns delivered in Longyan First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from October 2021 to June 2022 were included. Clinical data of mothers and newborns were retrospectively collected. According to the results of brain imaging examination, the newborns were divided into intracranial hemorrhage group and non-intracranial hemorrhage group, and the influencing factors of clinical data of puerpera and newborns in the two groups were analyzed, and the risk factors of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage were summarized. Results There were 37 neonates in the intracranial hemorrhage group and 260 neonates in the non-intracranial hemorrhage group. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that premature delivery, low body weight, intrauterine distress, neonatal asphyxia, placental abnormality, fetal dislocation, abnormal coagulation function and thrombocytopenia were risk factors for neonatal intracranial hemorrhage (P < 0.05). Conclusion There are many risk factors related to neonatal intracranial hemorrhage, and it is necessary to take early measures to effectively reduce the risk of intracranial hemorrhage and maintain the life safety and health of newborns.
