Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of aluminum phosphate gel combined with Lansoprazole on gastric ulcer patients and the effects of gastric function, serum gastrin (GAS) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9). Methods A total of 86 patients with gastric ulcer who received treatment in Jiaozuo People's Hospital from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method, with 43 patients in the two groups. The control group was treated with lansoprazole, and the observation group was treated with aluminum phosphate gel on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic efficacy, serum indexes and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum PGⅠ and PGⅡ levels in the two groups were decreased, and the serum PGⅠ and PGⅡ levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); After treatment, the serum GAS and MMP-9 levels in the two groups were decreased, and the serum GAS and MMP-9 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Aluminum phosphate gel combined with lansoprazole can improve the curative effect and gastric function of patients with gastric ulcer without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.
