复方丹参滴丸联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗急性心肌 梗死并发气虚血瘀证心力衰竭的疗效

Curative Effect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills Combined with Sacubitril and Valsartan in the Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicated with Heart Failure of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome

〔摘 要〕 目的：研究复方丹参滴丸联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗急性心肌梗死并发气虚血瘀证心力衰竭的疗效及安 全性。 方法：选择河南大学第一附属医院 2021 年 1 月至 2022 年 6 月诊治的 90 例急性心肌梗死并发气虚血瘀证心 力衰竭患者，根据住院号奇偶数分为复方丹参滴丸联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗组（观察组）及沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗组 （对照组），各 45 例。比较两组患者疗效、并发症、左心室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）、左室射血分数（LVEF）、Tei 指数、 外周血肌酸激酶同工酶 MB（CK–MB）、超敏心肌肌钙蛋白 I（hs–cTnI）、N 末端 B 型利钠肽原（NT–proBNP）、 半乳糖凝集素 –3（Gal–3）及生长分化因子 15（GDF–15）的差异。 结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组 患者，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）；观察组患者治疗后 LVEDD、Tei 指数均低于对照组，LVEF 高于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）；观察组患者治疗后外周血 CK–MB、hs–cTnI、NT–proBNP、Gal–3、GDF–15 水 平均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。 结论：复方丹参滴丸联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦可显著提高急性心肌 梗死并发气虚血瘀证心力衰竭心功能并降低 NT–proBNP、Gal–3 及 GDF–15 水平，且高效安全。

Abstract:

〔Abstract〕 Objective To study the curative effect and safety of compound danshen dripping pills combined with sacubitril and valsartan in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with heart failure of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods A total of 90 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome heart failure who were diagnosed and treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected. According to the odd even number of hospitalization numbers, they were divided into the compound Danshen dripping pills combined with shakubatry and varsartan treatment group (observation group) and shakubatry and varsartan treatment group (control group), with 45 patients in each group. The curative effect, complications, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), Tei index, creatine kinase isoenzyme MB (CK-MB), high-sensitivity cardiac troponin I (hs-cTnI), N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP), galectin-3 (Gal-3) and growth differentiation factor 15 (GDF-15) were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, LVEDD and Tei index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, while LVEF was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of CK-MB, hs-cTnI, NT-proBNP, Gal-3 and GDF-15 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compound Danshen dripping pills combined with sacubitril and valsartan can significantly improve cardiac function and reduce the levels of NT-proBNP, Gal-3 and GDF-15 in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome heart failure, which is highly effective and safe.
