Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the clinical effect of levamlodipine besylate tablets combined with atorvastatin calcium on patients with hypertensive heart disease. Methods A total of 48 patients with hypertension heart disease admitted to Xuchang Central Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as research objects, and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 24 patients in each group. The control group was treated with levamlodipine besylate tablets, and the observation group was treated with Levamlodipine besylate tablets combined with atorvastatin calcium. The therapeutic efficacy, adverse reactions, blood pressure and lipid changes were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group, The levels of diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were lower after treatment, and the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate tablets combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve the blood pressure and lipid levels of patients.
