苯磺酸左氨氯地平片联合阿托伐他汀钙 治疗高血压心脏病的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium in the Treatment of Hypertensive Heart Disease

〔摘 要〕 目的：探究苯磺酸左氨氯地平片联合阿托伐他汀钙对高血压心脏病患者的临床效果。 方法：选取许昌 市中心医院 2021 年 3 月至 2022 年 3 月收治的 48 例高血压心脏病患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字法分为对照组和 观察组，各 24 例。对照组患者采用苯磺酸左氨氯地平片治疗，观察组患者采用苯磺酸左氨氯地平片联合阿托伐他汀 钙治疗。比较两组患者治疗疗效、不良反应及血压、血脂变化。 结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组，不良反 应发生率较对照组更低，治疗后舒张压、收缩压、外周血总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 （LDL–C）水平较对照组更低，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL–C）水平较对照组更高，差异均具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。 结论：苯磺酸左氨氯地平片联合阿托伐他汀钙用于高血压心脏病治疗中，可提升治疗疗效、降低不良反应发生率，并 改善患者血压、血脂水平。

Abstract:

〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the clinical effect of levamlodipine besylate tablets combined with atorvastatin calcium on patients with hypertensive heart disease. Methods A total of 48 patients with hypertension heart disease admitted to Xuchang Central Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as research objects, and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 24 patients in each group. The control group was treated with levamlodipine besylate tablets, and the observation group was treated with Levamlodipine besylate tablets combined with atorvastatin calcium. The therapeutic efficacy, adverse reactions, blood pressure and lipid changes were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group, The levels of diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were lower after treatment, and the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate tablets combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve the blood pressure and lipid levels of patients.
