Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore whether the teaching mode of emergency nursing case workshop is helpful to improve the ability of nursing undergraduates to combine theory with clinical practice and cultivate their clinical decision-making ability. Methods 70 undergraduate nursing interns from Shenzhen Second People's Hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were randomly divided by drawing lots, and 35 interns who received comprehensive clinical nursing practice teaching in conventional nursing teaching mode were selected as the control group.On the basis of the control group, 35 interns in the improved teaching mode of disease diagnosis and treatment, nursing theory learning and clinical first aid case teaching workshop were combined as the observation group, and the training effects of the two groups of interns were compared. Results After intervention, the score of clinical decision-making ability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After intervention, the general self-efficacy scale (GSES) scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive case workshop mode of emergency nursing can improve students' interest in clinical practice and teaching effect, and improve the clinical decisionmaking ability of nursing undergraduates.
