Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of “Internet + Nursing” on blood pressure control of hypertensive patients. Methods The Chinese medical databases of CNKI, WanFang, VIP, Superstar, and China Journal Network were retrieved, and the retrieved time is from January 1, 2010 to October 30, 2022. the retrieved literatures were selected which meet the inclusion/exclusion criteria about the impact of “Internet + Nursing” intervention on the blood pressure level of hypertension patients. The Meta-analysis of blood pressure control in hypertensive patients with “Internet + Nursing” was performed using RevMan 5.3 statistical software. Results Totally 10 research results were included, involving 1948 patients with hypertension. Meta analysis results showed that systolic blood pressure weighted mean difference (WMD) = –11.48, 95 % CI [–14.43,–8.54], P < 0.00001, and diastolic blood pressure WMD = –6.38, 95 % CI [–8.95,–3.82], P < 0.00001 in hypertensive patients after the “Internet + Nursing” intervention, it can be concluded that the Internet-based blood pressure intervention nursing for hypertensive patients is better than general nursing. Conclusion "Internet + Nursing" is better than normal nursing, which can improve the blood pressure control level of hypertension patients, an is an effective supplement to the normal nursing model.
