宫腔镜下缓释左炔诺孕酮宫内系统宫腔内固定术 1 例报道

A Case Report of Hysteroscopic Sustained Release of Levonorgestrel Intrauterine System Intrauterine Fixation

摘要:

〔摘 要〕 缓释左炔诺孕酮宫内系统（LNG–IUS）是治疗子宫腺肌症、子宫内膜增生的一种有效手段，而环脱落 也是一个常见的问题，影响有适应证患者的临床应用，本研究报道了 1 例采用冷刀宫腔镜系统结合 3 mm 腹腔镜针持， 用 2–0 不可吸收外科缝线将 LNG–IUS 环缝合固定于宫腔，并采用腹腔镜推结器将线结推入宫腔的 LNG–IUS 的固定 方法，以供临床参考。

Abstract:

〔Abstract〕 Sustained-release levonorgestrel intrauterine system (LNG-IUS) is an effective means for the treatment of adenomyosis and endometrial hyperplasia, and vaginal ring shedding is also a common problem, affecting the clinical application for patients with indications. In this study, a case of LNG-IUS ring was sutured and fixed in the uterine cavity with 2-0 non-absorbable surgical suture using cold-knife hysteroscopy system combined with 3 mm laparoscopic needle holding, and the LNG-IUS fixation method was used to push the suture into the uterine cavity with laparoscopic nodule pusher for clinical reference.
