Effect of Xiaoyan Lidan Tablet on Serum Inflammatory Factor Level and Prognosis of Patients with Acute Cholecystitis after Operation

〔摘 要〕 目的：探究消炎利胆片对急性胆囊炎腹腔镜手术患者术后血清炎症因子水平及预后的影响。 方法：选取 2019 年 6 月至 2022 年 6 月宜春市第二人民医院收治的 68 例急性胆囊炎患者，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组， 各 34 例。两组患者均行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗，对照组术后给予左氧氟沙星抗感染治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予消炎 利胆片治疗，连续服药 2 周。比较两组患者临床疗效、血清炎症因子水平、并发症发生情况。 结果：观察组患者临床总有 效率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。治疗后，观察组患者血清降钙素原（PCT）、C 反应蛋白（CRP）及 白细胞介素 –6（IL–6）水平均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。 结论：消炎利胆片用于急性胆囊炎腹腔镜手术患者术后的治疗效果显著，利于改善机 体炎症反应，降低并发症发生率，促进患者预后恢复，临床应用安全性高。

Abstract:

〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the effect of Xiaoyan Lidan tablet on serum inflammatory factor level and prognosis of patients with acute cholecystitis after laparoscopic operation. Methods Sixty-eight patients with acute cholecystitis admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Yichun from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The control group was given anti-infection treatment with levofloxacin tablet after surgery, and the observation group was given Xiaoyan Lidan tablet on the basis of the control group for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy, serum levels of inflammatory factors and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical efficacy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum procalcitonin (PCT), C-reactive protein (CRP) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of Xiaoyan Lidan tablet in the postoperative treatment of patients with acute cholecystitis undergoing laparoscopic surgery is significant, which is conducive to improving the inflammatory response of the body, reducing the incidence of complications, promoting the prognosis of patients, and has high clinical safety.
