药物药房处方调剂中药师药学干预的作用

〔摘 要〕 目的：探究药物药房处方调剂中药师药学干预的作用。 方法：选取 2022 年 3 月至 2023 年 4 月期间在联勤保 障部队第 907 医院药房的 920 例调剂处方作为研究对象，按照时间的不同进行分组，其中 2022 年 3 月至 2022 年 9 月为对 照组（420 例），2022 年 10 月至 2023 年 3 月为观察组（500 例）。对照组实施常规的处方干预，观察组在对照组的基础上 采用药师药学干预药房处方调剂，对其干预效果进行分析。 结果：观察组处方药物应用不合理现象发生率为 6.00 %，低于 对照组的 9.52 %，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）；观察组处方单用药低于对照组，双联用药、三联及以上用药情况较高， 差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）；观察组的药房工作人员相关指标评分较高，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。 结论：在药物药房处方调剂中进行药师药学干预能够有效的改善其药物应用不合理现象，增加其药物联用情况，改善药房工作人 员的职业认同感，提高其工作效率以及积极性。

Abstract:

〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the role of pharmaceutical intervention of pharmacists in dispensing prescription in drug pharmacy. Methods A total of 920 dispensing prescriptions in the Joint Logistics Support Force 907 Hospital pharmacy from March 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into different groups according to different time periods, including March 2022 to September 2022 as a control group (420 cases) and October 2022 to March 2023 as the observation group (500 cases). The control group received routine prescription intervention, and the observation group received prescription dispensing from pharmacists' pharmaceutical intervention pharmacy on the basis of the control group, and the intervention effect was analyzed. Results The incidence of irrational drug use in the observation group was 6.00 %, lower than that in the control group (9.52 %), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The observation group was lower than the control group with single drug, and the situation of double drug, triple drug and above was higher, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The scores of pharmacy staff in the observation group were higher, and the difference, were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Pharmacists' pharmaceutical intervention in the prescription dispensing of drug pharmacies can effectively improve the irrational use of drugs, increase the situation of drug combination, improve the professional identity of pharmacy staff, improve their work efficiency and enthusiasm.
