Clinical Effect of Yupingfeng Granule Combined with Umbilical Paste in the Treatment of Children’s Sweating Syndrome

〔摘 要〕 目的：探究玉屏风颗粒联合脐贴治疗小儿汗证的临床效果。 方法：在 2020 年 3 月至 2022 年 3 月期间，于平 顶山市妇幼保健院接受治疗的小儿汗证患儿中选取 104 例作为研究对象，并按随机分组法分成对照组（52 例）和观察组 （52 例）。对照组患儿口服玉屏风颗粒，观察组患儿在口服玉屏风颗粒的基础上结合脐贴疗法，治疗时限均为 4 周。比较 两组患儿的治疗效果、中医临床症状的主症（出汗）和次症（发热咳嗽、食欲不振、睡眠不足、大小便异常、烦躁不安）评分、 血清乙酰胆碱（Ach）含量和不良反应发生情况等指标的变化。 结果：观察组患儿治疗总有效率为 94.23 %，高于对照组的 80.77 %，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。治疗后两组患儿主症及各项次症评分均低于治疗前，且治疗后观察组患儿主 症及各项次症评分低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。治疗后两组患儿血清 Ach 水平均低于治疗前，且治疗 后观察组患儿血清 Ach 水平低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。治疗期间对照组患儿无明显不良反应发生， 观察组中出现 3 例患儿的脐部皮肤红胀，但在隔日敷贴后情况均有所改善。 结论：玉屏风颗粒联合脐贴对汗证患儿治疗效 果较为显著，能缓解临床症状，改善患儿出汗情况。

Abstract:

〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yupingfeng Granule combined with umbilical paste in the treatment of children’s sweating syndrome. Methods From March 2020 to March 2022, A total of 104 children with sweating syndrome treated at Pingdingshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group (52 cases) and an observation group (52 cases). The control group took Yupingfeng Granule orally, while the observation group combined oral Yupingfeng Granule with umbilical paste therapy. The treatment duration was 4 weeks for both groups. The changes in therapeutic effects, scores of main symptoms (sweating) and secondary symptoms (fever, cough, loss of appetite, insomnia, abnormal urination and defecation, restlessness) of traditional Chinese medicine, serum acetylcholine (Ach) level, and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.23%, which was higher than 80.77% of the control group’s, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of main and secondary symptoms in the both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group’s scores were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). The serum levels of Ach in the both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the serum levels of Ach in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). No significant adverse reactions was observed in the control group during treatment, while there were 3 cases of umbilical skin redness and swelling in the observation group, which improved after the nextday application. Conclusion Yupingfeng Granule combined with umbilical paste has a significant therapeutic effect on children with sweating syndrome, can alleviate clinical symptoms, improve children’s sweating condition.
