黄连温胆汤治疗中风后抑郁症的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Huanglian Wendan Decoction in Treating Post-stroke Depression

摘要:

〔摘 要〕 目的：探讨黄连温胆汤加减治疗中风后抑郁症（PSD）的临床疗效。 方法：选取 2021 年 5 月至 2023 年 5 月 驻马店市中医院接诊的 80 例 PSD 患者为研究对象，通过随机数字分组法，分为对照组和观察组，各 40 例。对照组单纯应 用盐酸帕罗西汀治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上应用黄连温胆汤加减治疗。比较两组患者心理状况、生活质量、不良反应 发生情况。 结果：治疗后，两组患者焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。治疗后，两组患者各项生活质量评分高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组，差异具有统 计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。两组患者不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）。 结论：针对 PSD 患者，应用黄 连温胆汤加减治疗能够改善患者的心理状况，且有助于提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract:

〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction in the treatment of poststroke depression (PSD). Methods A total of 80 PSD patients who were treated at Zhumadian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride alone, while the observation group was treated with modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction on the basis of the control group. The psychological status, quality of life, and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients were compared. Results After treatment, the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores of the two groups of patients were lower than those before treatment, and the scrores of the observation group was lower than those of the control group, with statistical significances (P < 0.05). After treatment, the quality of life scores of the two groups of patients were higher than those before treatment, and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients (P > 0.05). Conclusion For PSD patients, the application of modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction can improve their psychological status and contribute to improving their quality of life.
