Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the application effect of operating room precision nursing model combined with postoperative incentive psychological intervention on patients with endometrial cancer. Methods Ninety-two patients with endometrial cancer who received treatment in Zhoukou Central Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the study objects, and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing method, and the observation group was treated with operating room precision nursing model combined with postoperative incentive psychological intervention. Pain, resuscitation, postoperative complication rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results Postoperative visual analogue scales (VAS) score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The scores of activity, consciousness and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After operation, the functional and overall quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the symptom scores were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion Operating room precision nursing model combined with postoperative incentive psychological intervention can effectively promote the recovery of patients' activity and consciousness, reduce patients' pain, and significantly improve patients' quality of life.
